Updated Delivery Routes for Inverness Expansion and New Fortnightly Schedule

We're very excited to share that our delivery routes have officially expanded, and our new refined delivery route map is available!
As we continue to grow and expand, we've been working hard behind the scenes to make our delivery schedule as clear, organised, and efficient as possible. With the addition of our brand-new Inverness delivery route, a few existing postcode areas have now shifted to other days to help accommodate everyone.
Even better yet, we now have a brand-new interactive delivery map live on our website, making it easier than ever to check whether we deliver to your area and which delivery route you fall under.
Our New Interactive Delivery Map Is LIVE
Checking your delivery area just got a whole lot easier!
Instead of trying to zoom into a map or work out where your postcode sits, you can now simply type your postcode into our interactive delivery map, and it will let you know which delivery route applies to you.
This is especially handy with our new Inverness expansion, as both new and existing customers can quickly double-check their delivery options before placing an order.

Inverness Deliveries Are Here
We are delighted to confirm that our deliveries are expanding to Inverness!
Our first deliveries will begin on Wednesday, July 8th. Place your orders now!
This is a very exciting step for us, and we're so chuffed to be able to bring our range of raw pet food, natural treats, supplements, accessories, and pet essentials further up the road.
Important Delivery Route Changes
To make space for our new Inverness route and keep deliveries running as smoothly as possible, some postcode areas have now been moved onto different delivery days.
The key changes are as follows:
AB38 and AB45 2
These areas now fall under the Wednesday fortnightly delivery route. This means deliveries will happen every two weeks on Wednesdays.
AB45 3 and AB45 1
These postcodes have moved to the Tuesday delivery route, with weekly deliveries every Tuesday.
AB55
This area, including towns like Keith and Dufftown, will now receive deliveries every Thursday.
The Wednesday Fortnightly Schedule
One of the most important things to keep note of is that our Wednesday routes operate fortnightly.
This applies to the areas listed under the Wednesday delivery route, including our Inverness route and the newly adjusted postcode areas. If your area now falls under Wednesday deliveries, please make sure to order with the fortnightly schedule in mind so you don't run low on food between delivery dates.
Add Your Delivery Date to Your Calendar
Alongside our new interactive map, we've also upgraded our delivery schedule!
You can now add your delivery date straight to your own calendar, helping you keep track of your upcoming deliveries and making it easier to plan when to stock up on raw food, treats, supplements, and all your pet essentials.

How to Use the New Interactive Postcode Checker
To make it easier for customers to know their delivery day, we have introduced an interactive postcode checker on our website. Here’s how to use it:
Visit the delivery information page.
Enter your postcode in the checker tool.
The tool will display your current delivery day.
If your postcode has changed due to the new routes, the checker will highlight this.
This tool helps you stay up to date and plan your orders without confusion.
Tips for Customers Affected by Route Changes
If your postcode area has moved to a new delivery day or schedule, here are some practical tips:
Mark your calendar with the new delivery day to avoid missed orders.
Use the postcode checker regularly to confirm your delivery schedule.
Order in advance for Wednesday fortnightly deliveries to ensure you don’t run out of essentials.
