IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please make a note of when your delivery is expected by visiting our delivery schedule.

THE DEADLINE FOR ALL ORDERS IS MIDDAY ON SATURDAY FOR MONDAY DELIVERIES AND MIDDAY THERE AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PLACED ONTO THE NEXT AVAILABLE RUN IN YOUR AREA

Please note we deliver frozen raw pet food, so if you are not going to be in on the day of your delivery, please add a note in the comments box when placing your order to advise us of a safe place to leave your food.  

Food will only be left if a comment has been made.  

 

If no one is available and no comment is made we will NOT leave your food and this will be added to the next available run in your area.

We will provide a notification email on the morning of your delivery. 

​

Please supply us with a contact number on which you can be contacted on so we can notify you if there are any difficulties with delivering your order.

If we are unable to contact you this may result in your order being brought back to our depot and added to the next available run in your area.
